- Building Signage Guidelines and Application Form.
The park has a limited number of spaces available for External (Building) Signage. This document lays out the rules and regulations governing this. - Internal Signage Guidelines and Application Form
This document outlines the rules regarding Door Signage, Parking/Kerb Signage and Plaque Signage. - Use of Generators at MBP and Application Form.
The park has a generator that currently supports the entire park between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm on Weekdays. Should you require the use of a generator outside of these hours, you will need to apply for permission. Please read the rules and complete the application form before running a generator. - Use of the lift to move goods (other than people).
- Application for permission to make alterations – General.
For the good of all owners and tenants in the park, it is necessary that any alterations (internal or external) be approved by a subcommittee of the trustees who will apply their minds to each application. The trustees are trying to maintain a high standard with regards to the outward appearnace of the park. Please read the above before installing any window tinting. - Installation of Security Gates and Window Bars.
